Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Failed looks are credited back automatically.

Refunds for unused credits

If you haven't used any credits from a pack, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying it.

If you've used some of the credits, we refund the unused part of the pack, calculated at the price you paid per credit.

After 14 days, packs are non-refundable, but your credits stay valid for 12 months from purchase.

Failed looks

If a look doesn't generate because of an error on our side, the credit returns to your balance automatically. If something looks wrong and the credit didn't come back, write to us and we'll fix it.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@beautydolls.ai from the address you used to buy, and tell us which pack it's about. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank usually shows them within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before disputing a payment with your bank. It's faster for you, and a dispute freezes the account while the bank reviews it.
