Privacy Policy

Short version: your selfie is used to make your doll. We never sell your data or post your photos, and you can ask us to delete everything whenever you want.

Who we are

Beauty Dolls (beautydolls.ai and app.beautydolls.ai) is run by UGC Ninja Company, 919 North Market Street, Suite 950, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, United States. In this policy "we" means UGC Ninja Company. For anything about your data, write to support@beautydolls.ai.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist:

• your email address;
• your Instagram handle, if you add it;
• the language you used and the link that brought you to the site;
• your IP address and the time you signed up.

When you use the app:

• the selfie and any reference pictures you upload;
• the dolls and pictures we make for you, and the choices you tap along the way;
• your purchase history. Card details go straight to our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To make your doll and every look you ask for.
• To let you in from the waitlist and to email you about your account, your purchases and your group opening.
• To keep the service running, fix bugs and stop abuse.
• To send occasional news about Beauty Dolls (new drops, looks and offers), only as described in "Emails from us" below.

We don't use your photos to train AI models ourselves, and we don't sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Your selfie

Your selfie is used only to generate your pictures. It never appears on our Instagram, website or ads unless you give us permission in writing. We don't build face templates to identify you. When you delete a photo or your account, we delete the files within 30 days.

Who else handles your data

We work with a few companies that process data on our behalf, only for the tasks listed above:

• hosting (our servers are in the United States);
• AI image generation providers, which receive your photo to create the result you asked for;
• Stripe, for payments;
• an email service, for sending account and waitlist emails;
• Google Fonts, which your browser contacts to load the fonts on this site;
• Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies, to count visits and see which pages help.

We can share the current list of providers on request.

How long we keep it

• Waitlist data: until you join the app, or 12 months after our last email to you, whichever comes first.
• Photos and pictures: until you delete them or your account.
• Payment records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.

Emails from us

Your email is required to use the app: it is how you get back into your account on another device.

• Account emails always come: your sign-in link, "your look is ready", receipts, answers to your requests. You can't turn these off while you have an account.
• News (new drops, looks and offers) only with your permission. When you give us your email there is a separate box for news. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland the box starts empty and you tick it yourself; elsewhere it starts ticked and you can untick it.
• If you buy a pack and never said no to news, we may send you news about Beauty Dolls as a customer. The receipt says so and has a one-tap opt-out.
• Every news email has a one-tap unsubscribe link and our postal address. You can also switch news off any time in the app (Me → Your account). We stop within a day.
• We keep a record of when and where you said yes or no to news.

Cookies

We don't use advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages help. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland they are off until you tap "Accept" on the cookie bar; elsewhere they are on unless you tap "No thanks". After "No thanks", Google Analytics stores nothing on your device. Your choice is kept in a small cookie (bd_consent) for a year, for beautydolls.ai and app.beautydolls.ai. To change it, clear this site's cookies and the bar will ask again. The site also remembers your language choice in your browser's local storage, and you can clear it at any time. Emails from us may contain a small image that tells us the email was opened.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, export it, or delete it. You can also object to how we use it or withdraw consent. Depending on where you live, laws like the GDPR (Europe), LGPD (Brazil), LFPDPPP (Mexico) or CCPA (California) give you these rights, and we honor them for everyone. Write to support@beautydolls.ai and we'll answer within 30 days.

Age

Beauty Dolls is for people 18 and older. If we learn that someone under 18 has given us data, we delete it.

International transfers

Our servers and some providers are located in the United States. When your data moves across borders, we use the protections required by law, such as standard contractual clauses.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and email you if you have an account.
